Liminal is a beautiful artwork I had the opportunity to work on with Wolfgang Buttress, while at Price & Myers.
It was inspired by paintings of the Thames by Turner and Monet and I am amazed at how well Wolfgang was able to realise it.

The project had its own exciting challenges; installation by boat (you can see in the video), working in aluminium and working with City of London to install it on the waterfront.

It was great to work with Tim Lucas on this, he did what he always does which is make the work have a light touch and make the artwork do the work.
I have to say a big thank you to Dimitris Linardatos and the Civil Engineer team at Price & Myers who were able to help with environmental aspects very quickly.

The photos are great, they were taken by Sam Scales and you can see more of his work here.
